  The location is wonderful and great dinner open 24 hours one avenue west. Gracie inn is clean, convenient, price is impressive and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The rooms are delightful, light fixture attached to ceiling fan loose, hanging by wires and anyone giving a good rating must be related to the owners.

  The location is great, nice place to feel at home in New York and the rates are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and the owner, Daniel is simply marvelous. The bathrooms need to be updated and kitchen facilities are wonderful.

  The location is great and the Gracie Inn is a comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the new owners are very helpful. Upstairs room has a patio to sit on very nice.

  Good pizza across the street, great location and i just finished a stay at the Gracie Inn this past week. Best price in ny and quiet, excellent service. Our rooms were spotless, the coffee was delicious and the fruit was fresh strawberries blackberries.

  The location is great, near several restaurants and the Gracie Inn is a great place to stay for cozy. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly, the room prices are very reasonable.

  The location is perfect, the kitchenette was a huge bonus and the staff were extremely courteous, this place is great, the beds are comfy and the inn is very quiet at night.

  Wonderful shops, groceries and pharmacy was one to two blocks away, javier and the hotel staff were exceptional, the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were clean.

  Other large hotels in Manhattan, excellent little B&B for a great price and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
