During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and great breakfast offered at the hotel. The location was also convenient for our plans, being close to the attractions we wanted to visit. we appreciated the friendly staff who provided excellent service during our stay.

It was also frustrating that we had to wait over an hour for room service, which eventually never arrived. while the hotel had its positive aspects, there were some negative issues that detracted from our experience.

Reception staff friendly and very good. Room was comfortable and good size.

Room service and housekeeping staff forgot many things e. g. Cutlery to eat with not once but twice! Hotel is very noisy between gamblers returning to their rooms very late and housekeeping staff talking loudly in the passage from early morning until after noon. Y

I also appreciated the variety of options when it came to dining, as there were several restaurants to choose from. The Augusta Club Lounge was a particularly enjoyable spot to relax and unwind. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly noisy air-conditioning and the limited breakfast selection, overall they did not significantly impact my stay. There were times when the music by the pool was a bit loud, but it didn't hinder my overall enjoyment.

I also enjoyed the delicious food that was served, especially the new menu options that were introduced during my stay.

The main restaurant was overcrowded and noisy, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my meal. there were limited options for dining within the hotel, which meant that I had to venture off-site to find alternate dining options.

My recent solo trip was a delightful experience. Located in a very large area surrounded by palm trees, the view of the golf course from my room was exquisite. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff were always friendly and offered great service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Breakfast was included and provided a range of delicious options. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the public areas from the Casino, however, on Sundays the preferred restaurant was not open.

One negative aspect was the inconsistency of the restaurant openings, which caused some inconvenience when planning meals.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great - surrounded by palm trees and overlooking a golf course.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with palm trees surrounding an oval shape that creates a serene and peaceful environment. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with well-maintained rooms that offer breathtaking views of either the golf course or the Plant. The rooms are not only visually appealing but also incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after a long day. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area, truly enhance the comfort and convenience of the stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services including dry cleaning and shuttle service, ensuring that guests have everything they need at their fingertips.

Although I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, it would be remiss of me not to mention that the customer service could use a bit of improvement. While the staff were friendly, there were instances where their communication came across as dry, which impacted the overall experience.
