No other hotel even comes close to its central location which is within 100 yards of the capital and most of the good restaurants in the city.

If you have a child at FAMU or FSU, this is a great location and wonderful little inn.

You can't beat this place for the location.

Most of the good restaurants in the city, stay out near the interstate and the service is fast.

The front desk service was very friendly and knowledgeable, the room was excellent.

Staff was gracious and apologetic when we checked out.

There's a lot to like about the Inn, including free valet parking, pleasant and flexible staff, a great location downtown, a fabulous cocktail hour, and a well-appointed lobby.

Hotel itself is 3 stories (with no elevator) but very charming, cozy and beautiful.

They needed to clean the rooms and 6) Nice continental breakfast every morning.

When I asked for a late checkout (1:00 instead of 12:00) I got an exasperated look and was told that the hotel was full for the next night and they needed to clean the rooms.

When I asked if they had enough maids to clean every room simultaneously, I just got a hostile stare.
