Hotel was relaxing, we liked this place.
The rooms were huge and new-fashioned with the futon and the stone bathroom, as example, just what we needed. The location was excellent, just next door to other restaurants and points of interests and Gora Station and an onsen.

Affable, excellent personnel with excellent service. The rooms with stunning mountain views. Favourable location just next door to the cable car and transport and the Hakone tourist loop, minute walk from Hakone Museum of Photography. Wonderful base for exploring Hakone.

The private onsen in the room was amazing, perfect for relaxing during the Christmas holidays. Another highlight was the large and well-equipped room, which had everything I needed. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.
The staff was not very attentive or helpful during my stay. I had to repeatedly request for my futon to be prepared, which was quite frustrating.

We got a room with a hot tub. The bed was very comfy, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The hotel's location was incredible, short walk to Pola Museum, transport and the Hakone tourist loop, and the private outdoor onsen. Furthermore, to the Hakone or Gora area.
The staff - some of them were very rude.

Vanessa
The room was spotless, had essentials, like hair dryers, a bidet and bath sheets. Mountain view was worthy, the staff were really friendly and brilliantly friendly people with excellent service. It was in a favourable location minute walk from Hakone Museum of Photography:)))
My bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.
