  Only a footwalk away of a very nice lake, just walking distance to explore street food and incredibly fast service in helping us to book airport transfer/water puppets. Hotel location is perfect and rates are reasonable. Staff are delightful and helpful, all rooms are attractively furnished.

  The location is one of the best in the same area and gondola Hotel is just the right place to stay. Jackie and the staff are willing, the rooms are a reasonable size and are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is acceptable.

  The location in the old quarter, not far from the lake, is unbeatable, to the back of the hotel facing rooms are quiet and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are all done in marble, large and spotless, the generous breakfast buffet alone is worth the price, excellent choice made by my travel organiser.

  The bar on the top floor offers magnificent view, the hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice as are the bathrooms, service that is simply the best. Buffet breakfast is wonderful.
