The service at the restaurant was extremely slow, taking over 2 hours to receive just the first two courses of a three-course meal. When we complained, we were made to feel like we were being overly fussy.

The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, TV, and tea-making facilities. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our business trip.
There were a few issues that could have been improved upon. the beds in the older rooms were uncomfortable and in need of replacing.
