I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and found that it provided several facilities such as a gym, sauna, meeting rooms, and free parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant offered a good selection of food and room service was prompt.

One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. The WiFi at the hotel was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult for me to work efficiently.

Clean, modern and large rooms, good breakfast and great Asperges Dinner Maand Menu. The breakfast room is also the restaurant, no the most romantic place to dine, but clean and as I said the Month Menu is a very good value for the value.We booked this hotel 1 hour prior to checking in, as we cancelled our stay 1 our after arrival at Fletcher Geulvallei. After being served a 3 course diner with a disgusting uncastrated male pork meat dish with untasty frozen vedgies sauce, (the meat smelling and tasting strongly of pig urine) and after being accommodated in a stinky, old, dark, filthy worn out and claustrophobia inducing small room, we ran for our lives and cancelled our stay at this miserable Fletcher Geulvallei. Unfortunately we had to still pay for one night stay incl. breakfast costs and besides our sick making 3 course diner was as expensive as the nice 4 course Asperges Menu at Golden Tulip Kerkrade. What a rip off this Fletcher Geulvallei, totally not recommend it! Either ways we had rather loose the money on this Fletcher nightmare (this hotel should be shut down unless the owners undergo a huge make over and renovation, get a new chef and meet the standards they should offer for the money they claim!) and appreciated the stay at Golden Tulip Kerkrade even more!

The fact that is facing the local shopping center (bouwmarkt, intratuin etc), and has no own fenced private parking place. No entourage outside the hotel. Small hotel lobby with no cosines. No traffic boards to the hotel, finding it at 23 pm without navigation is a bit of a hazel.

We used the hotel as a base to visit surrounding cities.(Aachen, Maastricht, Kerkrade) and it was adequate.Free Internet. Good breakfast.

It is in an industrial area with no nightlife. One needs your own transport

my stay at fletcher in kerkrade was nice, but this time it was AMAZING. the staff was so friendly and helpful, making everything easy. the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. the AC worked great and the breakfast was awesome. overall, exceeded expectations!

No response from staff regarding phone issues. Room phone could not dial outside the hotel. We were forced to come down to the lobby and use the phone at the reception desk. There was no privacy. Hotel advertised wi-fi but unavailable. The hotel is located in a very poor location. When there's a game at the Roda Stadium, access to the hotel is nearly impossible. I cancelled the last three days of my stay and made other hotel arrangements. We would not stay at this hotel again.

The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a large retail park next to a bustling soccer stadium. It's so convenient to have everything you need right at your fingertips. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the range of amenities provided, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. It's the little touches that make all the difference.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The quality and comfort that this place offers are truly worth experiencing.

We liked the room because it was very clean and modern. We liked the breakfast (there were a lot of things to eat). The hotel is situated next to football stadium. We liked that we could watch the match in live (it was free).

One day before our arrival, the hotel charged us 150€ x 2. We didn't understand why, because the price of the room was less than 150 €.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tastefully done, with beautiful furniture and warm colors. It made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were also very clean and well-maintained, which is important for us senior folks. Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people. With easily accessible elevators and well-lit hallways, I felt comfortable and safe moving around the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive and friendly. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit too rushed and not as accommodating as I would have liked.

The staff that I spoke to all spoke very good English, were very friendly and happy to help. The blonde girl (don't know her name) who worked in the restaurant at breakfast time was lovely, so friendly and made us feel really welcome. Breakfasts were fantastic by the way! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The Bufkes cafe round the corner from the hotel was a real treat also. On Thursday evenings there is a car enthusiast meet up in the car park of Burger King at the stadium, my two sons loved looking round the American and modified cars on show. There are several DIY type shops and a garden centre on site also. We were staying there because we were attending a wedding at Gaiapark Zoo, just down the road in Kerkrade.

The bulb in my bedside lamp failed, I removed it from its base and left it on my bedside table, but it did not get replaced while I was staying there (no big complaint - just a comment). It would be nice to have a view of the football pitch (behind hotel). A few more TV channels in English would be good for us British visitors.

Friendly and efficient check-in, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of options including bacon and eggs, breads and pastries, cereals, fruits, and delicious coffee. The hotel location is convenient with nearby restaurants and entertainment options. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Accessibility-wise, the hotel was great for senior people with easy access ramps and elevators, making it convenient for us to navigate around.

I would've loved to see more organized activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests.
