The rooms at this hotel were very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.- One of the advantages that I really enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during the warm weather. The noise from the parking area was a big issue, as there were often people talking late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Food was excellent and good value for money.

Hot breakfast consisted of over cooked bacon and cold egg, but the cold buffet was good. Too near to the noisy motorway to enjoy the outside views.

Front desk staff attitude not great Food - cant get a simple sandwich or burger. You dont want to eat gourmet meals every night when you are traveling!

Not within walking distance to Arnhem, but we were able to find free parking there for dinner easily

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Velp station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Despite being in an area that doesn't have much around it, the excellent restaurant offers an abundant choice of delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy a nice view of HV park from the hotel.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel lacks in atmosphere, possibly due to its design and business-focused clientele.

we only used the hotel for an overnight stay so did not make use of the facillities available. Breakfast was Good!

Great hotel, lovely view over the lake helpful staff, clean and welcoming rooms, all in all a very good stay.

If I was to give one down side it would be the breakfast hot food which was never hot, but as the cold selection was good it was not much of a problem

the hotel rooms are dated. the bathroom is very small. The hotel has more attention to stylish decoration than to functionality for the business traveller.

There were tea making facilities in the room and the friendly staff changed my malfunctioning kettle, and happily gave me 'proper' milk for my tea when I asked for it.

The breakfast was almost cold and the plates were very cold. Result .....cold eggs and bacon.

The hotel states that a fitness room is present on the premises. The room only contains three cardio-vascular machines, and that room hardly qualifies as a fitness room.

Staff were brilliant very helpful and understanding that I was very tired.

That breakfast was not included in price, and i couldn't get my computer to connect to the VPN.
