  Great Elbe river view and good Hotel. Staff very friendly nice, free Internet and the food in the resturant was lovely.

  Great view on the far away city and there was also a river taxi based just outside the hotel on the river. Breakfast was good.

  Very interesting view of the large cargo boats, staff in the hotel restaurant - very professional and kind, the rooms are comfortable.

  Far away from Hamburg City, two other hotels in Cologne went out of there way to put me on upper floors.

  Nice room, good breakfast.

  You have to make sure of the time table as after a certain time the water taxis stop running and you would think for a lovely hotel like that they would invest in some proper cots.

  Clean, tidy, comfortable with good facilities. Only comment is that there is a kettle in the room but no coffee making equipment i.e. cups, coffee etc.
