  a good hotel conveniently placed close to the convention centre. mostly for groups and families but decent value

  the price of extras (phone, dinner) were a bit high, though not excessively

  Rooms are spacious (we have a Twin and a Single) and quiet (facing a backstreet with a school). Beds are giantic but the mattress is a bit soft for me. Bathroom is big too and has everything incl cotton puffs. Great water pressure, esp compared to those we have had in Petra and Dead Sea. Buffet didn't look attractive so we had a la carte.

  The location when you pull up is a bit off putting - no grand frontage but the staff were pleasant and reasonably efficient. The room was clean and functional although the safe didnt work.

  Quand on découvre l’emplacement on n’est pas emballé – et la façade n’est pas imposante, mais le personnel est agréable et assez efficace.

  L’ubicazione non è delle migliori, la vista non era il massimo, comunque lo staff era gentile e abbastanza efficiente.

  The rooms were accceptabe, the staff was communicative and the dining and food was fine.

  The room was very clean servie was amazing all of them were there. We got wasted and the taxi knew where it was so thats good.

  I was planning to stay in this hotel for several days while visiting friends, hoping that the Golden Tulip name would guarantee some decent rooms and reasonable prices. PS This hotel has nothing to do with the Golden Tulip in Aqaba which is very nice - not expensive but a lovely hotel with a great pool on the roof and birds in the atrium.

  My room was at the end of a corridor where the lights were not working, so i had to find my room in the dark. Amman is also relatively cold in winter, well cold enough to use heating but this didn't work at all in the room. The staff had a look at the airconditioning but could not fix it and also didn't offer me an other room.
