Excellent location beside bazzars and was surprised the hotel had more comodities than mentioned in the web site- Free wireless in public areas.
The hotel was in a good location for site seeing in Rabat.
The location is good, the thing i like in the hotel the free internet acces.
La situation est super and free underground parking.
There were also only two beds (slightly bigger then singles) and towels for two.
Moreover excellent room accomodation and oui le buffet est parfois simple mais.
I had a stressfull check-in after arguing with the receptionist over the price that I booked with; finally he was convinced and treated with a nice and huge double room with a nice view overlooking the river.
All the instructions in my room indicated something different.
The rooms were typical of mid-range US hotels with all the usually conveniences.
Next time I’ll stuff some paper in the slot and go to the bar for an hour.
Second, no one explained the breakfast deal to me – it was included.
The restaurant was mediocre and over price, but the service was good.
We were impressed by the service and the staff were very helpful, the hotel is quite stylish and clean.
Unpleasant unhelpful staff at reception,poor meal quality for breakfast and dinner.
What I saw at the reception made me understand the previous reviews, yes some of the reception staff were very rude but there is one nice guy that I memorized the name and called him anytime I need something.

Views were excellent, hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful.
Good view, historic places and the airconitions always broke down also the free internet needs servce most of the time or you have to go to lobby to get clear signal.
Housekeeping was extremely efficient and answered all my needs.
The room was clean and tidy, front desk was very good by local standards.
