The children are teenagers so we need two rooms and this was very good value for money compared with many other hotels.
Just 10 minutes walk to the main square in Brugges, excellent location to visit the city and the hotel is very good value for money.
We were happy to have a good internet deal, i never would pay full price for this hotel unless they act up to its four stars.
All in all this was an excellent hotel for the money and we would most certainly stay here again if it is not fully booked.
Just beautiful location & within walking distance to market square and the hotel itself is situated in a perfect part of town.
Certainly, Its location is fantastic -right next to a canal and about 10 minutes from the centre of the town.
The location was beautiful, were quite helpful in recommending places to eat in Brugges and the staff were very polite.
There is an underground car park opposite the rear hotel entrance, which is currently 10 euros a night and is really the only option for parking for any long period.
Buses 4 and 14 go direct from the train station to the bridge opposite the hotel (from where I took the exterior photo).
Room was clean, bathroom was clean and bed comfortable but the pillows were really, really bad.
Like many hotels the rooms were very hot during the night, so I suggest you check the heating settings before going to bed.
The room itself was very large by continental standards, with enough room for a desk and chairs to go along with the expected double bed and chest of drawers.
We found the rooms large and well funished with a comfortable bed and a good shower.
The hotel room was large, and bathroom and beds were great.
If you do walk in to the centre you should pass an Argentinian restaurant which is well worth a visit, the food is good and you will not be ripped off, unlike some of the restaurants in the centre.
I would recommend this hotel, it has a Japanese Restaurant which I did not get to use as I wanted to sample the Local Belgium Restaurants near the square.
Strangely, the hotel restaurant is Japanese cuisine.
The hotel has it's own Japanses restaurant and if we'd been staying more than one night would have eaten there but we wanted to taste the local food.
French restaurant, Chez Olivier, and I would highly recommend it for a charming and gourmet meal.
So service from the front desk staff was very disappointing.
Perfect location, helpful hotel staff and the front desk personnel were very friendly.
Good location, clean hotel and the Reception Staff extremely helpful.
Bruges is a wonderful town and reception staff are very helpful.
There is a spa and sauna but if you're unlucky and have a room at the rear of the hotel you will have the walk of shame (dressing gown and wet hair) as you need to pass through the bar area to get to the lifts for your room.
Very accommodating hotel staff and zen garden in an atrium off the lobby - kind of interesting.
Easy 5 mins walk to brugge centre and free parking in front of the hotel.
The rooms were good sized and very clean.
The bathroom was a reasonable size, and very clean.
Clean and very friendly staff, spacious room.
Moreover the rooms are very clean and the food is good.
Bathroom was clean, warm - the meal was a great way to start our day.
