  Friendly and helpful staff, good clean rooms. Decent hot/cold breakfast served, selection of fresh fruits and kind Regards, Australian Newlyweds. Wonderful swimming pool.

  Safes and small refrigerators available in the rooms, good breakfast.

  Too bad for a hotel in rio do janeiro and the staff are not very friendly.

  The location is perfect, cabs are reasonable and any other country this would be a 3 star at best. Great value close to Copacabana and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Bathroom very small and dirty, just try to look at the ceiling, the breakfast is very good, far the most of the receptionists are helpfull.

  Great location, that is all and the hotel staff is very friendly, and super helpful. Price is always incredibly reasonable and also the service is very good. The rooms are pretty spacious and very clean.

  One employee went even to the airport for me to pick up a parcel and the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The prices were reasonable and staff were friendly. Our room was clean and cafe/bar on the roof were great. Breakfasts were excellent, clean, the rooftop pool was fantastic, and the gym was well equipped.

  The bar on the roof was quite lovely, and offered great views of the beach and beyond, hotel staff were efficient, daily maid service was excellent and polite. Bathroom and shower were huge, the food was good and there was nice variety for breakfast.

  Nice location for the swimming pool on the top floor and comfortable hotel situated on the far side of Copacabana. The price is very reasonable and the front desk and bell staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The room is clean and adequate as we only spent one night.

  Some rooms do have great views of the beach, towels are available from the hotel and for price and staff kindness, this is a good choice.

  The location is very good as is only one short block to Copacabana beach, the hotel staff all speak English and are most helpful, the recently renovated rooms are very comfortable.

  Good choice of Copacabana hotel, great Service and the rooms as such were very disappointing. All the reception staff and restarurant and bar staff too were really helpful.

  Favela view not expected made pretty noisy and food was poor.

  Worth increasing your budget to stay at superior accomodation and nice staff. No ventilation in the bath room, made difficult for towels to dry up and breakfast was good.
