Golden Tulip Cannes Hotel De Paris - 戛纳

The hotel location is not perfect, close to a big road with some noise but just a 10-minute walking distance to the beach.

Good location for shopping and beach, about a ten minute walk.

Convention centre is within 10 minutes by walk, so really great location, especially for a fashion addict like me, who like to go shopping after returning from a busy day.

A truly outstanding nice three-star hotel whose location proved to be less of a disadvantage than might have been expected from its position alongside the raised autoroute.

The walk to the beach is a genuine 10 minutes and the train station barely three minutes away.

We had a junior suite which I would not recommend because the bathroom was downstairs and wardrobe downstairs, no room upstairs where you just had the bed and you know the old warm air rises thing!

We followed her to another room, a mini-suite, that had a king bed.

We were shown to a beautiful room facing a garden, but the young lady guiding us noticed immediately that the bed was two twins pushed together.

Whilst it is true our room on the 4th floor was very small, it was clean, had a nice bathroom, was serviced each morning, and we were not troubled by the busy motorway outside despite being at the front of the hotel.

What a lovely surprise as we entered, this beautifull boutique hotel is designed in an original "middle age" castle style, and the room was more in the Louis XVI style ( that's what we were said, as we are not expert in furniture design.

The building was beautiful, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and the choice at breakfast was excellent.

The pleasant, professional, friendly staff could not have been more helpful, breakfast a most pleasant experience, and the pool, close to the road but guarded by cypress trees giving s feeling of seclusion, a most welcome amenity.

Very clean efficient staff and very good buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, full range of pastries, bread, fruit, meats and cheese.

The only thing that was good was the breakfast (which is not included) and the lady behind the desk was nice.

On arrival at 1pm the room was not ready, so the (fairly friendly) reception staff showed us to the pool area (quite pleasant) until 2pm.

Very good hotel and le service est absolument excellent et rapide et la propreté impeccable.

Good position not far from the cannes centre and helpful staff.

The service was pleasant and unobtrusive, and the hotel was very clean.

The parking garage was a few blocks off and had very small spaces.

Our only criticism was that the water in the swimming pool was cold but it was the end of September.

Pool area was nice but had a glass security fence that made it a bit closed up.

My room was spacious, spotless, very clean and quiet.

The inside is clean and with nice, quiet and cool room, we had the deluxe version.

It was a very small hotel but we loved the old french style & the rooms were lovely & very clean.
