Breakfast buffet is held every day from 7am till 10am in two superb medieval style rooms Salon Lerins and Esterel, both beautifully designed in a castle style and featuring natural daylight. In fine weather visitors can enjoy their meals outdoors on the sunny terrace. Breakfast includes a wide range of pastry and bread, madeleines (shell-shaped pastries), choco-hazel butter, jams and preserves, honey, fruit, fruit salads, stewed fruit, varied cheeseboard, smoked ham, salami, yogurts and soft white cheese, oranges, apples and grapefruit juice, hot drinks and cereals. A continental breakfast can be served in room from 7am to 10am as well. A light snack service is set from April until the end of October from 11am to 4pm.
