The staff were super friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was mind-blowingly comfortable and clean, with an extra cozy bed. The view of the Elbe from my room was jaw-dropping, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The family room was spacious and reasonably priced, and the free drinks in the mini bar were a pleasant surprise. The balcony and view, although it was cold, would be great in the summer. a really satisfying stay.

It deserves its 4 stars. All in all, it was great place for traveling to Hamburg. We loved EXCELLENT restaurants on site.

hamburg-harburg district is worth seeing. the view of the river from the room was beautiful. besides, we had free wifi.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant ride along the river while reaching their destination. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided at the hotel is delicious and satisfying, ensuring guests start their day off right. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to assist guests with any inquiries or needs they may have during their stay.

The wifi can be unreliable at times, making it difficult for guests to stay connected during their stay.

The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and finished to a high spec.We had a room facing the river and the view was gorgeous .

When travelling on the other side of the riverif your using public transport, you have to make sure of the time table as after a certain time the water taxis stop running, you dont have alot of options apart from taxi cars that dont really like to go that side of the river. We asked about 5 before one of them would take us costing £30.

Staff in the hotel restaurant - very professional and kind

I got great value for my money at the Rilano Hotel Hamburg. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a handy tablet with Google Maps. The location along the Elbe River was fantastic, especially for ship spotters and Airbus employees. The staff were very helpful and did a wonderful job, particularly in the bar/restaurant area.

The morning meal could have been better. There was no buffet, and we had to order what we wanted on our plates.

Restaurant and breakfast was a little expensive. The car park should be free as I already paid a premium price for the room.

Comfortable and Modern Stay

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with its modern facilities and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the waterway. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect for business travelers, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The best aspect was the access to a ferry right outside the hotel to explore the small town nearby, which was a fun adventure. it was a great value for the price.

The only downside of this hotel was the limited amenities and slow internet service. While the proximity to the airport and the business district were convenient, the hotel was a bit isolated with limited options for dining and entertainment.

Close to Airbus Hambug, business meetings etc.

Location is good for business with Airbus Hamburg, but not so good if you wish to visit the city.

Nice room and great view on the far away city

- Very poor service in the bar at night, rude waiter, uncleared tables on the terrace, etc - staff at recepton does not know the way to go to the city public; far away from Hamburg City. € 40 Taxi to Altona statiion: no hotel shuttle - definitely rather a place for recreation than for a city stay in Hamburg

The hotel is located in a semi-industrial area away from everything else in town but right by a scenic lake with beautiful views of the river, and the ferry which can take you to Hamburg's main centre. The rooms are big, clean and with a nice design. The staff is fast and efficient with a good breakfast buffet. there are meeting rooms with all business requirements met as well as a bar.

The hotel has limited restaurant choices in the area.
