Our stay at In Gold Hotel & Spa was outstanding. The level of communication and interaction from the staff was exceptional. The hotel spaces were clean and safe, and our room was comfortable and functional. The younger staff members were knowledgeable, professional, and always available to assist us. it was a nice experience for our family.

Drawbacks: Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. the location was not convenient for those without their own cars.

There's variety of restaurants to choose from, like churrasqueira o gordo, set within 10 minutes walk or so. Moreover, the free parking was great.

Liked quiet atmosphere of this place and helpful staff. A mini-bar, flat-screen television and a writing table inside the superior double room were handy.

The hotel itself was very nice too. We enjoyed our stay at In Gold Hotel & Spa. The bathroom was well done and clean. The hotel had plenty of parking available in a secure car park. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic! The room was absolutely amazing, clean and spacious. The location was perfect, close to main city attractions and a supermarket nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and took extra care of every guest. We even had the option to book a taxi to visit beautiful lagoons nearby. we were thoroughly satisfied and can't wait to return!

The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was big, and the view was impressive! The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, within walking distance to key locations and had easy access to transportation.

There was no view from the room, only a construction site, and the noise level was unbearable. The staff lacked adequate training to assist guests properly, and the service was slow.

Spacious adjoining rooms with large terrace for families, kind and knowledgeable staff, WONDERFUL facilities including solarium pool with lounge area, exceptional rooftop terrace with city view.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, complete with RGB lights on the bed for a fun touch. The location was also a plus, within walking distance of many attractions and even a nice supermarket. We also enjoyed the taxi service offered by the hotel to visit the nearby lagoons.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The AC was not working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer hours.

The hotel is located at a decent location, not far from the city center and the market. Rooms are clean and new, and the bathroom is well done. The indoor external pool is beautiful and provides great views of the city. there is a secure car park for parking the car.

The hotel lacks basic facilities like baby food facilities, kettles in the room, and cable TV.
