This hotel, at the foot of the Arbat, has a view of bustling Smolenskay ploshchad. The exterior is nothing special, but inside it's lavish and contemporary. The rooms have different sizes but they have a warm décor and rich fabrics. Guests are sure to enjoy the soundproofed windows that block out the noisy square.
