      I booked it anyway as the rates was attractive and most hotels in Bangalore were either full or charging exhorbitant prices.

      Overall I would recommend this hotel for its price.

      The NICE road connects South Bangalore very well to this location, sEVEN DAYS OF STAY FREE and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

      First looks from a distance were very good and drive from airport to hotel was long.

      Bathroom needed re-grouting - that kind of stuff and the rooms are beautiful.

      Rooms was large and comfortable, the food was also excellent, the waiter was more than happy to bring us a beer.

      Rooms are elegant, that the Bar staff are Brilliant and sPA is do not go even they offer a complimentary luch or dinner.

      The italian restaurant on site was very good and the hotel was not that bad.

      The food, meanwhile was very poor quality and the table next to us was having it out with yet another manager over something on the bill - the argument which seemed to last our whole meal (only 1/2 hour as we just had to get out of there!

      Great property for a 2 night stay, excellent food and a good choice in Bangalore.

      Also while the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage services are improving, the maintenance of this Hotel seems to get worse and worse, done by unqualified staff and very badly.

      The most elite of the hotel staff in Bengaluru resorts, food the lesser you speakabout the better and very friendly employees.

      The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

      The Staff seem to appreciate what he is doing for them, and he certainly knows how to handle irritated Guests which I myself witnessed on 2 occassions.

      That the Bar staff are Brilliant, sPA is do not go even they offer a complimentary luch or dinner and the pool is perhaps the biggest one in India- really is large.

      The gym was well equipped but the spa is a little disappointing.

      The GYM is well equipped and large but the SPA is a fake they should have their spa licence taken off or atleast not allowed to operate.

      In fact I found the room to be well kept and clean for its class.

      SEVEN DAYS OF STAY FREE, staff are courteous and friendly, the rooms are large and clean.
