  Nice view and excellent stay. Well trained and friendly staff, comfortable room. Large lcd tv and dry food shopping. A tray of fresh fruits, dinner available for guest and expensive for such facilities.

  No convenient stores around, restaurant service at the club house is poor and too far from town and the road is bad.

  The seating area around the restaurant or receptions are nice and beautiful settings gardens rooms are fantastic. Service is surprising good, buffet spread is also great and tasty.

  The roads to the resort are narrow and the furniture is not clean.

  Excellent hotel staff too and we expecting a good service from there. Rooms are clean as well and etc. Prices is reasonable and the food is delicious. The swimming pool is very nice especially at night.

  Staff are friendly and the design of the rooms as palm is very nice. Food that is more healthy than 'fast.

  The location is not that good, beach is not very clean and the price is not worth the service and place.

  All the staff is very friendly, good looking, the rooms are very spacious and beautiful and food is better than my expectations.

  The view along the way is not very nice and breakfast quality is poor.

  Other shopping center and dirty sea. Food quality is poor and services are bad.

  Good view for gym and the buggy ferry service was efficient and the drivers friendly. The hotel was definately luxurious and the house keeping did not come to clean the room on the following day. The staff were very helpful and the receptionist ", the bed was very comfy.

  Breakfast set up was poor and the swimming pool was a little tiny.

  Excellent view of the ocean and great beach villas. The place is fine, our room is located near the Club House the breakfast and the lobby is beautiful and spacious. The staff is very polite and bed is very good to sleep in. The food is bad and Chinese one is more fresh then Malaysia one.

  The view is good, the beach the property locates is disappointing and the design of the hotel is fantastic. The staff at the club house are efficient, clean the service there need to be improve a lot and the room is very nice and well built for Malaysian standard. Steamboat restaurants are lovely.

  The rooms overlooking the sea giving a very relaxed ambience, nice view and layout of the hotel was sensational. Service was much better, beds were very good and the food there was awesome too. Waiters there were really helpful and sweet.

  Location of the villas is great, place is impressive and quiet and the staff service is excellent. Room are nicely deco, the pool is nice as well as the food and the seafood is good in Tanjung Sepat.
