Rich and gorgeous Golden Palace is a five-star hotel in the historic heart of the city of Turin. It boasts two geometric buildings, GoldenOne and GoldenTwo, which combine elegant stone facade and warm interior décor.

The hotel is placed in an unique building dating back to World War II, Palazzo Toro. In those days the building appeared to be a new model of architecture for its conception and structure.

Now it features Art Deco and Hi tech characteristics, aesthetics and functionality. Hotel is famous for its exquisite works of art: at the entrance - statues by Umberto Baglioni, in the garden - the bronzes by Michele Guerrisi, in the hall - the video sculpture by Fabrizio Plessi, the golden flows of Giovanni Lombardini and marble works by Gianni Manganelli.

The hotel houses 196 luxurious accommodations with stylish design and latest technology to ensure your comfortable stay in the hotel.

The wellness area is represented by the 1200sqm GoldenSPA with a small boutique, an exercise pool with a large relaxation area, cascade, cold mist showers, Turkish bath, sauna, tanning booth, a fitness area equipped with latest Technogym machines and cubicles for treatments. It is an excellent place to escape from work, bustling metropolis or day of sightseeing.

For organizing successful congresses, meetings and other events Golden Palace has Congress Centre with five fitted with the state-of-the-art technical equipment meeting rooms: two Gold, Silver and Bronze.

location and general comfort, the hotel was well located for my business trip, concierge staff were very helpful and parked our car.
The hotel is excellent, for the price one could do better and free internet point in the lobby.
In the breakfast area were freindly and the food in the restaurant and the service throughout the Hotel was excellent.

Getting there

Golden Palace is situated on the axis extended from Piazza Solferino to Piazza San Carlo. Railway stations are Porta Susa - 1 km and Porta Nuova - 500m away from the hotel. Airport Turin – Caselle “Sandro Pertini” is 20km and Air Terminal is 300 m away. The main motorways are A21 Turin – Piacenza and A6 Turin – Savona - 8km, A4 Turin – Milan and A5 Turin – Aosta - 10 km from the hotel. Congress Centre Lingotto is 4 km and Torino Incontra is 1 km away.

By car: From the A4 Torino-Venezia highway and the A5 Aosta-Torino highway, exit at corso Giulio Cesare and follow the indications towards the centro-stazione Porta Nuova. From the A6 Savona-Torino highway and the A21 Piacenza-Torino highway, take the corso Unita d'Italia exit and head towards the centro-stazione Porta Nuova. From the A32 Bardonecchia-Torino highway, exit at corso Francia and follow directions to the centro-stazione Porta Nuova.

By airplane: Take the bus to the city-center and get off at the stazione Porta Nuova stop.
