The hotel is quite a bit further from Marienplatz than what it looked on the map, but walking distance to Englisher Garden, which is worth the visit.

We found the room to be clean and right next to the elevator, which was convenient.

Very near to the city center, the area around the hotel is very clean and quiet, well running/functioning bathrooms are expected.

The walk is well signposted to the centre, i stayed only one night so i can not make any relevant comment regarding this hotel and rooms are clean and practical.

A good place if you want to stay away from the traffic by the main station and want clean comfortable rooms at a good price.
