          Staff were very nice and helpful, hot water was not working, sent someone to do something and five minutes, the food was fantastic, fresh, beautiful, healthy. Service was great and dinner was wonderful.

          Back to the room we have warm water and take a shower, the facilities are wonderful, the food was excellent and the staff were incredible.

          Juanillo beach is beautiful and great food, golden Bear Lodge are just wonderful, the folks at the front desk are very helpful. That some of the rooms have an private jacuzzi, the pool is very large and beautifully designed.

          The beachs here in cap cana are picture perfect and generally the quality of the food is good. The rooms are beautiful, clean and beds are super comfortable, no fish, coral, just sand and grass.

          The service is awful and no other people, the pool bar and the pool grill are closed.

          Great memories created at an awesome location, very nice hotel a little too far from the beach and lots of new construction in the area, and lots of vacant buildings as well. Very attentive staff throughout, huge rooms and the kitchen was particularily good. We ordered a light meal was fine.
