During our New Year stay, we were delighted with the stunning views and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel's location was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the caldera and easy access to nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the delicious breakfast served on the sun veranda.
the swimming pool was not adequately heated, making it difficult to enjoy during the strong winds. We also felt that the overall appearance of the hotel was dated compared to newer properties in the area.
