I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with a short coach trip to reach the hotel. The room, although basic, was clean and had a balcony and a working TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Despite not having a fridge or aircon, I found the hotel to be great value for a quick break. I would recommend this hotel for an affordable getaway.

The worst things are the beds and the breakfast (orange juice).

The hotel and swimming pool were also very nice, and the area around the hotel was calm and relaxing. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the possibility of free parking. We highly recommend this hotel.

Tenerife offers a fantastic mix of relaxation and excitement, allowing us to enjoy the serene surroundings while having fun with various water sports and activities. We spent quality time together exploring the stunning volcanos and breathtaking scenery, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture, indulging in delicious Canarian cuisine, and soaking up the warm sunshine. it was an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

I always stay at a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. The nice staff helped me with printing on my first visit. This place has Wi-Fi, a bar, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool. Perfect for me. I'll be back for New Year's!
