The location was perfect, right beside the new tram which made it convenient for me to explore the city independently. Being close to an AU summit was also a great advantage. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were always there to answer any question I had. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The in-room safe was also a nice touch. The free toiletries and hair dryer were a bonus and the electric kettle came in handy as well. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and telephone were all modern and convenient to use. The carpeted floor added a cozy touch to the room. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the dining area and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The free Wi-Fi and car park were convenient features that I appreciated.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
