      Moreover it's situated in great location for all the excursions in the area of Campi Flegrei and the city of Naples.

      The location on top of the vulcano is very special.

      However this should be mentioned as it is not easy to reach the hotel by foot.

      It has 29 double rooms and 7 junior suites, a swimming pool, a solarium and a car park.

      A regular hotel room by the airport was $260.

      There are no "nonsmoking" rooms, and smoke can be smelled throughout the hotel and its rooms.

      The breakfast was not great -- but, hey, go to a bar!

      The Gli Dei is not walking distance to any restaurants or cafes, so I asked the receptionist if the hotel kitchen was open.

      He showed me to the restaurant, where I was the only patron.

      OK, I said, and proceeded to have a nice little lunch of prosciutto and parmesan, followed by a little bowl of pasta, followed by a lite fish dish.

      I told the waiter I just wanted a lite lunch, something small.

      When I wanted to leave, I went back out to the reception, and the receptionist indicated that the waiter was on break, and they would just charge the lunch to the room.

      It is spacious and clean and the staff is extremely friendly!

      The entire weekend that we visited there was always a wedding reception taking place -- usually around the pool.

      We weren't told that we couldn't, but I would certainly feel awkward swimming with a two-year-old at a wedding reception.

      As a result, we were not able to use the big beautiful pool.

      There was a wedding going on, but we asked if we could eat by the pool.

      There was no shuttle bus to the centre of pozzuoli (the brochure said it exist).

      Ask for a room with a view -- on a clear day there is nothing like it.

        Excellent view of the sea and das Hotel super. Service was very good, the room was spacious and the restaurant they recommended was brilliant.

        The wireless was free, the surrounding of the pool was closed for the 2 days we would be staying there because of a wedding.

        Pool area was nice and the hotel staff were so friendly. The room was comfortable for 2 adults and the breakfast was good.

        The surroundings very nice and the view outside the hotel is amazing. Clean and the staff is extremely friendly, the air conditioning is super efficient and quiet.

        I liked the location the most, good new hotel and the only friendly member of staff was the receptionist. Room en suite were comfortable clean, breakfast was great.
