The hotel itself is a bit old and in need of redecoration, but for the price we paid, it was very good value.

Despite this minor problem, I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and if I was to go back to Killarney and got the same price on the rooms I certainly would stay here again.

We had dinner at one of the restaurants in the hotel and it was excellent value and quality.

If you are looking for posh and pampered, you need to spend the money and find a hotel that matches your expectations.

We liked the service the food the location and good hotel.

The views are beautiful and the location of the hotel is probably its best asset being on the fringe.

First, the good stuff: the location is very convenient, and the views are beautiful.

I think the location was the most important thing for me and there had a lots of little extras that made the stay in the apartments very nice.

Being in the same building as the INEC venue for concerts meant I didn't have to worry about getting taxis or arranging transport, service in the resturant isnt a good deal at all and the large size of the apartment.

4th floor, it was absolutely spotless, huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom, again it was spotless.

Forget any views there are carparks and carparks and more carparks, the room and bathroom was dirty, dated, with too many beds in, curtains falling down, no tea making facilities (lame excuse) and the noise at night was rediculous.

There was no other radiator in the room, so I can only assume that the heat was from underfloor heating distribution pipes or heat gain from adjacent rooms.

The room was atrocious with a strange smell in the dilapidated bathroom, the room is in desperate need of co-ordination, the windows are dirty, the hot water was absolutely scalding and the radiators wouldn’t adjust at all!

The bedrooms are grubby, paint peeling off walls, stained blankets, dirty, grotty bathroom with a lack of towels and paper shower mats.

The restaurants- breakfast was worse than canteen food, brown toast asked for was shown to the white toast toasted brown, bistro food overpriced, cold and tasteless, 1 evening meal included again no taste fish dish was dried up on the plate?

Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the restaurant one of the nights and again food was excellent.

The band in the front bar after were good, food in restaurant was very poor and the waitresses were very helpful and friendly.

The wait for breakfast was not ideal but we were very happy with the standard of food and the service staff in the restaurant were good.

Bar restaurant were excellent, the gym facilitites were also good.

Again a credit to the staff, who gave silver-service.

We stayed at the hotel for the June long weekend and we were very impressed by the staff and level of service.

I thought this hotel was just perfect and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Great location, very comfortable hotel and i particularly liked the staff at reception.

The gym is well equipped and there are also squash courts and a great big swimming pool, so pack your trunks.

Sauna etc very clean, plenty of food available and the well known irish comedian from d'unbelievables.

The Leisure Centre boasts a huge Pool which we really enjoyed.

Having a shop in the hotel was very handy, all staff were pleasant and efficient, the rooms were spotless.

The apartments are beautiful we have stayed there 3 times, other facilities are kept spotless.

The room was a good sized double, clean and spacious.

The service was excellent and the apartments were very clean.

Service was great, the rooms were also very clean and unappealing breakfast was good.

    Nothing was good about the stay, the staff in the beauty salon were excellent also and i was also really happy to be able to have a cup of coffee in my room. Tasty breakfast really kept us going most of the day.

    Convenient location for the Rally of the Lakes event that was taking place that weekend, the reception staff were more then helpful and rooms were spotlessly clean food excellent highly recommended. Breakfast was very good.

    Nothing nice about this hotel, very friendly staff and good quiet room for two adults. Sauna etc very clean, plenty of food available and the well known irish comedian from d'unbelievables. Kids loved the pool.

    Leisure centre really good, we ended bringing them into town for a nice meal and the hotel itself was a bit dated. The lobby area was spacious, staff were very friendly and the Manager said You got fed didn't you. The apartments were extremely clean, bar entertainment at weekend was brilliant and best was having towels. The breakfast was lovely, pool itself was great for the kids.

    The elevator was extremely slow, waiter had very little english.

    Large living area/kitchen and entertainment was very good for off-peak. Hotel staff were excellent and reception were very helpful. The room was absolutely amazing and the breakfast was fresh and prompt and tasty. Swimming pool was nice.

    Lobby were old and the bar was dirty. The menu was very poor as there was not much to choose from.

    The location was great especially for acess to inec for attendance of a Children's concert event and killarney was best. Staff was excellent and the space in the apartment was fabulous. The band in the front bar after were good, food in restaurant was very poor and the waitresses were very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice.

    The elevator was in need of a fresh coat of varnish and the toilet bowl was dirty.

    Convenient as attending event in conference centre and lively hotel. A huge dissapointment for the price paid and helpful staff. Good breakfast clean room and has a great late bar.

    FILTHY SHEETS and toilet broken. Bistro food overpriced, dinner very bad and maybe more modern showering facilities.
