I recommend this hotel on price and comfort but suggest direct contact and hold out for a good deal.
The best thing is the location-very centre of Inverness next to the River and the hotel is VERY charming.

The room had a beautiful view over the River Ness, the location of the hotel was excellent and staff were friendly were helpful and friendly.
A 5 pound cab ride to the airport makes a great place to wind down from a hectic cross country trip, good size room and live jazz in the bar.

A couple of minor points, although the bathroom was enormous, spreading over two rooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, the shower water pressure at times could be very temperamental.
The room was brightly decorated and the bed was large and comfortable.
Both our rooms faced the river and were large and comfortable, with very large bathrooms with tub and showers.
We had room number 1, which was a nicely furnished second floor room (a queen bed).
Room was of a good size, bed comfortable, although they did have "matress protectors" which were more like a plastic sheet.

The location was excellent down on the waterfront, the staff were brilliant throughout her stay and reception personnel were very helpful.

Also nice walkable location to city centre, the staff was very helpful always a good start to any hotel and the lady at the reception was very polite and courteous.
