The location was perfect and the staff were able to provide some extra services for us to make our stay more comfortable. Kitchen was well kitted out to have a home from home, balcony was a real bonus and complimentary wet bar/snacks on arrival was nice. Wine was delicious and pool was good.

The location is convenient, very spacious downtown Toronto executive rental condo right across from the College park and anyway, for that money you would expect to be able to watch the Nascar racing on the cable tv eh.

The hotel is thus not labeled as one and the building is pretty old. Across the street the parKing lot is only cheap on the weekends and elevators are very unclean. The outside sofas are very difficult to sleep on.

The location was great and welcome Gift was lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom soaps.

The staff were unfriendly and unprepared, the dishwasher in the kitchen was ancient. Some of the facilities advertisied were not available.

The view was spectacular and i liked that the customer service at Canada suites was very personal, unlike the typical hotel room.

Beds were inadequate, the kitchen was poorly equipped.
