The location was ideal, rooms tidy & quiet even ’s next to the Kingston bridge we never heard any noise and the hotel was very close to excellent shopping.

Getting there

Glasgow Airport is eight miles away from the hotel and accessible via regular bus at price 3.5 GBP or a taxi costs 16 GBP.

By car join M8 Eastbound (signposted Glasgow). Depart M8 at J19, following signs for City Center. On Bothwell Street stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights onto Pitt Street. (There is a sign for Marriott). At the traffic lights turn left onto St Vincent Street, then turn left at the traffic lights onto Newton Street, again stay in the left hand lane and follow down to the traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights and the Marriott Hotel is on your left hand side. Turn left into the car park.

Prestwick Airport is 35 miles away and executive car to the hotel costs 100 GBP and taxi fee is 45 GBP.

By car follow signs for M8, Glasgow. Depart M8 at J19, following signs for City Center. On Bothwell Street stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights onto Pitt Street. The hotel was very easy to access from the dual carriageway and the staff were helpful and met all of our needs. Rooms were very clean and the beds huge, comfortable and excellent bedding, restaurant was good for lunch didn't have dinner.
