The location was really good, our hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly.
Customer service was great, rooms were clean and breakfast was basic and the price represented very good value.
Being near the Termini was quite easy to find on arrival and the breakfast room was pleasant and clean.

The street was near the station and that was useful for train travelers, the communal areas were very nice and the staff friendly. The hotel itself was disappointing and customer Service was great. Rooms were basic and clean, food was good.

Location very good and great stay. Service was friendly and helpful, the rooms we reserved were near one another. The sheets were clean, breakfast was very basic, even for continental breakfast.

Location is excellent and the road is quiet as is just off the main road, this hotel is more than worth of you pay for, most of the staff are helpful and polite. The hot water from the machine won't even brew the tea, the breakfast is not bad only that the milk has gone off.
