The location was great, close to Corso Italia. The hotel itself was in a shopping area, right by town centre, shopping, restaurants or to train station as well as frequent trains to Naples, Pompeii and Herculanium. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and glassware.

The location was incredible, a minute walk from Via Marina Piccola. Rooms with very comfy bed had a quiet atmosphere.

Had excellant stay overall, luxury place and the weather was wonderful. It had fantastic and stunning location a couple of blocks away from a wide-ranging museum. A michelin-starred restaurant was pretty good with excellent food and generally good service. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the place: )

Rooms were immaculate, offering stunning bay views. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Ideal location near town center, railway station, and port. Gardens, pool, and beach access added to the overall grandeur of the establishment.

Everything. This hotel should be rated as five stars. It has a fantastic view of the pool, the mountains and the sea. The prestige rooms are fantastic.
The water is not hot enough in the bathroom. The towels should be changed into new ones Bath robes should be provided
