By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Sorrento, had much fun and met highly professional staff at how welcoming and caring every staff member was. The hotel was in a beautiful location short walk to the city center hectic pace and noise as well as restaurant.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredible in the outside area where we use to dine. Besides, it was 20 mins walk from Peter's Beach. Got generous breakfasts with warm milk and a view across the bay of Naples, as for instance.

Everything was really good for our purposes, wedding. Nicely furnished and new-fashioned room for what we needed with the most amazing view and inlaid wood furniture, as for instance. The pool area was nice and the location was stunning, next to the local soccer field, sorrento main square and port, and the train station and the bus station. There was a casual restaurant nearby. The overall experience was really nice, loved our stay very much and would love to go back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and offering stunning views of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and beautiful, with lush gardens and trees that added to the overall charm of the place.
The "beach" area was a bit disappointing, as it was just a pontoon and not suitable for swimming. The presence of cruise liners in front of our bedroom sometimes obstructed the view and took away from the tranquility of the surroundings.

Perfect location - not in the noisy center, right on the rock above the sea with the lift access to the beach/platform and at the same time maximum 10 minutes walking distance from the cultural and shopping attractions. Quiet and not fuzzy in the relaxation areas ( pool, beach, bars). Could be noisy if the windows would face the street - perfect if facing the pool or the sea.
Very uncomfortable bath tub - narrow and slippery, even with the rubber carpet. Poor shower.Good breakfast, though too much the same - if you stay there longer than 3 days you hate eating the same omlet and yoghurt every day.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in bedrooms. There was no iron and/or ironing board in bedrooms.
