This B&B has a great location for exploring nearby wineries, with a wide selection in the Red Hill district and staff who are knowledgeable and friendly about the area. The rooms are spacious and offer a luxurious experience, with soft king-sized beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast is a highlight, with delicious food served and good coffee. However, be mindful of the concrete edges in the car park as they can easily damage the underside of your car.
The hotel lacks some facilities such as a pool, as noted in one of the reviews.

We liked the quiet setting looking out at trees and a view of the bay, especially so as we were not isolated and out of the way of all attractions. Our hosts were friendly and available and provided delicious, healthy breakfasts. the common room was an inviting alternative to our spacious and totally private suite. We felt secure and comfortable and a little spoilt by the facility and our hosts.

My romantic escape was perfect in every way! The room was larger than expected and had a view that took our breath away. The breakfast was included and served by friendly hosts who gave us excellent suggestions on places to visit and things to do. We liked the complimentary toiletries and the fluffy towels.
The driveway leading up to the hotel was a bit steep and narrow. the closest shops and restaurants were a few kilometers away, which made it a bit challenging to find dinner.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a luxurious and modern suite with stunning views of the bay. The room was equipped with exclusive amenities, such as a rain shower and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. The staff provided exceptional service, and communication prior to our stay was superb. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a variety of options cooked to perfection. The location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby wineries, cafes, walks, and hot springs.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of some facilities, such as a pool. However, this was not a major concern as it was not advertised on the website.

Well set up room, very comfortable king sized bed. There was no fresh milk in the frig and iI forgot to check while the manager was showing us the room; when I asked where I could make tea he volunteered to make me a pot in the very comfortable sittingroom. I am on a restricted diet and the breakfast staff supplied a most delicious breakfast which was on my diet lines and well presented, after discussing with me what I could and could not eat. Bathroom is smart, large high quality towels and plenty of room. A plugin nightlight was a good touch.
The drive down to the car spaces undecover of the building is excessively steep, but luckily there is parking space in the open which is easily reached from the road and available for guests. The manager suggested he drive our car up the drive for us when we wondered how we would do it. Our room wasdownstairs on the same level as the area where one can eat and sit and read - because it was New Year we could not book one of the upstiars rooms which have a great view, and this 4th room has no view.

Stayed the weekend with my partner and we had a fantastic time. The location was perfect since it was close to top attractions such as wineries and hot springs. We were also upgraded to a wonderful suite with great views and comfortable amenities. The hosts were very friendly and provided us with personalized service. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh produce.
While there were no major complaints, the prices for certain amenities such as early check-in and breakfast options were a bit steep. Additionally, the noise from the kitchen could be heard in some of the rooms. we had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend it to others.
