Everything was wonderful, really enjoyed our nice stay. We had a sensational breakfast with freshly baked eggs and bacon, as example, could find something for everyone. Our room was huge, provided with temperature of radiatot and bath plus the bedroom. Exceptional service, though a few employees were not very friendly. The location was great, at a walking distance from Holst Birthplace Museum.

I had a fantastic stay in Cheltenham. The hotel was perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The food at the hotel was superb, especially the main course - I couldn't resist the delicious lobster. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful experience at a reasonable price.

Everything was lovely, attentive staff, amazing location close to restaurant choices, shops, bars, restaurants, parks, and Cheltenham Town Hall. Beautifully decorated room and luxury bathroom. A wide range of good food. Efficient check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi! Simply no complaint, good stay.

The staff were competent and attentive and always had a smile. It had perfect and incredible location with access to Cheltenham Synagogue nearby. I truly enjoyed that the hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport.
