      The free airport transport service was professional and courteous.

      Even when we were departing and accidentally left our wallet in the bus, he made the extra trip back to return it to us at the airport.

      We were given one-room with a total of 5 beds in it.

      It is old (tables, bed covers, paint, etc).

      Facilities wise, the bathrooms were a tad cramped but were kept clean and good hot water for nice warm showers.

      The "separate room" was spacious with a couch and TV.

      The room, although small met our needs, and reminded us of a small European style family hotel.

      For breakfast there was a good choice of food and was good value, however it wasn't open for lunch or evening meals, the hotel had arranged with a local Labor Club to cater for guests meals with a complimentary drink added in.

      The hotel is situated in the middle of what could be Main Street in any small town, with lots of small neighborhood type restaurants and shops (but no clubs, so the street was quiet at night.

      The only down side I found was no bar facilities and Swimming Pool, otherwise excellent value for money.

      Location: lots of eating places and shops nearby.

      Over the weekend unfortunately some unruly residents were making a bit of noise but one call to the reception and prompt service soon quelled the disturbance.

      The hotel staff even went to the nearby cafe to help look for the missing wallet as well.

      Whenever I stay in a hotel, I put prime importance to the service it brings me.

      I must say, Gemini Hotel tops my list in terms of personalized service and utmost convenience.

      From their online booking (via their website which offers the best rates) up to the guest's stay, it was nothing but convenience and personalized service.

      It was clean, and the room was well maintained.

        The surroundings were good, moved over to the Medina at Coogee was much better and the front desk was efficient. Room service was fine and the breakfast was great.

        The nearby Labour Club is great for dinner and this hotel is ideal for use as an airport hotel. Staff are wonderfully friendly, the water would fluctuate from boiling hot to freezing cold.

        The free airport transport service was professional and courteous, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. First impressions of the lobby were good and the room was well maintained. The buffet breakfast provided a wide choice.

        The airport transfer was very professional and courteous, the hotel provided free shuttle bus from Central Station. The front desk staff were friendly enough, the rooms were clean.

        From airport pick up to drop off the folowing morning everything was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

        Good location and enjoyable stay. Prompt service soon quelled the disturbance, the third room was thankfully cockroach free.
