Great location, centrally located for easy access to ferries and the hotel is beautiful and luxurious.

The hotle is very well situated and good hotel nice staff perfect location to start.

Perfect location in the heart of the city next to bus terminal, they arranged for timely transportation to Knossos and your staff were absolutely amazing.

The hotel has a great location and it’s very convenient with the bus and taxi station next-door.

The bus station is right at its door if you coming from Chania.

We had a lovely room on the top floor with a very comfortable bed and superb bathroom with a deep tub for soaking after days of walking Knossos and the Museum.

It is a beautiful building, richt across the harbour, good views from the sea view rooms, nice room (typical 5 star city hotel, my only gripe was the bath tub which was plastic and small (it looked kind of cheap for the hotel standard).

I chose the hotel because I wanted an upscale modern hotel with a quiet room, modern bath and a big bed.

We had a view of the sea, and the room had all the conveniences one could desire including a large firm double bed.

Rooms are very stylish with great beds and bathroom.

Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel restaurant was fabulous and offered a wonderful view.

Great location you arrive by boat and the hotel restaurant is probably as good as any I ate in Herakion.

The food - especially the breakfast - was excellent and reasonably prized.

Lunch in the Plaza Restaurant was also good.

Although the staff lack some sophistication in their English speaking skills, this didn't detract from their professionalism or willingness to help and the overall experience of service was excellent.

The service was excellent, and the staff friendly.

Maybe the reception staff has to train a little bit more in order to become five star like the rest of the hotel, but this is not really an important issue.

Every evening the maid folded my pajamas into a swan, just like on a cruise ship, and they left cookies on our pillows, with the turn-down service!

The roof terrace pool is fun, and dinner served on the 5th floor was the best meal we had of our holiday.

We also loved the pool- it was at the top of the hotel and had a view of the sea.

There is a pool on the roof which would be a big plus in the summer when it is hot.

Friendly multilingual staff, clean comfortable room and the high ceilings.

The place was very clean, on arrival the staff were pleasant and the room was amazing.
