Large conference rooms doesn't tell you they are a 3rd party and the hotel wouldn't honour the reduced ase price - I emailed them about it too ahead of time - not good customer service. The in-dining room service prices were ridiculously priced as was all of the food - not practical. Lastly, I requested on an ocean deluxe view and they gave me a back view and queen bed - not what I requested and National Gaylord didn't seem to care. Lastly, power went out 2 times during my stay - Friday evening and Monday for 6 hours during the conference - the hotel was unwilling to compensate me for the inconvience - and was unwilling to provide the conference discount - poor customer service - would not go back - would stay at another hotel...for $350 a night - I deserved better treatment!

Too costly - check in was extremely slow.

On the water, with some availability of outside eating.

High price, overly restrictive speeds and roads.

Everything. We stayed there once back in April for a marriage encounter weekend and almost immediately booked our wedding night. It all fell into place perfectly, getting checked in and up to our room was no hassle and everyone was very friendly/excited for us. Even better than that, our room was upgraded to a suite and fireworks went off within 10 minutes of our arrival into the room - was as if they were set off outside our room just for us. We will be back without question as soon as we have a free weekend.

Not even sure why you need this section!

Nice hotel but not worth the price. Didn't like the $15 add on charge for wifi, paper and 2 bottles of water.

New and confortable hotel with all the amenities. Fantastic indoor atrium and outdoor water front. Beautiful development with lots of shopping and dining options.

I booked a king size bed on the atrium side and got 2 queens. I received a confirmation for a king. My anniversary was not as expected.

Facilities are excellent. Views are outstanding.

Certain staff were clueless, disengaged, and disinterested. Lost our reservation. Took their sweet time in fixing the problem, and seemed disinterested. The person who finally received the second or third fax of our reservation couldn't have been less interested, sat on it, and was chating with another employee as my wife waited for a second hour to check-in. Indifferent is how I would describe the customer facing service we received. I was really steamed about it. Things got better as the weekend went, thankfully.

Steak House was fabulous and the water front location is nice. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Employees are pretty dry. Did not get what I needed in the room even I told my housekeeper in person. I booked KING bedroom but I got double upon arriving.... :(

I found it obnoxious that it was impossible to watch TV without having to call the front desk to get rid of the pay channel advertisements! I was also annoyed they charge for internet access in the business center computers. This is free in much cheaper hotels across the country. I felt nickle and dimed!

Was very disapointed with a hotel that has a reputation as upscale. The hotel closed the water @ 1 am and when the water came on later it was brown. My infant was on a neubilizer and I had to leave the hotel in middle of the night to get bottled water. When I asked for a one night refund the hotel refused. Very disapointed

I booked a room at the Gaylord as a Birthday getaway for my husband, he really enjoyed it. The peace and quiet, the sunset over the water was awesome. We enjoyed some much needed relaxation time.
