At our resort, you will stay in accommodations that boast 1 and 2 BR Condos with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. You will truly enjoy the little extras too such as toasty mountain fireplace and private Jacuzzi available upon request. Some of our Condos even have a balcony that opens out to a breathtaking panorama view of the Smokies. Best of all at our resort you will experience friendly, attentive service and staff that will make you feel like one of our family. NOTE All reservations require 2 day advance booking. Located in the historic district of downtown Gatlinburg and amidst the Great Smokey Mountains.

      A representative of Gatlinburg Town Square and wonderful location.

      In a perfect location just up the street from downtown Gatlinburg shopping, great decor and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful.

      From Town Square we could walk to the parkway, excellent location--within walking distance to all major areas and comfortable place that is very convenient to shops.

      We parked for free in the hotel's underground parking garage.

      When we asked about other parking we were told since our car was under the 7 foot limit we had to park in the garage or we would be towed even if we were handycaped!

      One bedroom contained two twin beds, the other a king bed, and the living room sofa could also be pulled out to make a bed.

      In the resort we had a very large 2 bed apartment, huge kitchen, balcony overlooking the water feature, 2 fireplaces, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi.

      Our one-bedroom was ""one-room"" with one bed.

      TV) The bed was jamed next to a couch which was jamed next to the AC,no real room to relax in comfort.

      We rented a two-bedroom, two-bath condo (room 203), that the kids absolutely loved.

      The walk to the main drag is not far at all and there is a great breakfast and lunch log cabin style restaurant just a few yard away.

      We ate breakfast and lunch there a lot of days, then we went out for dinner.

      However, if you want a clean, comfortable place that is very convenient to shops, restaurants and attractions, you will be well served.

      This place is about two blocks from the Parkway restaurants and attractions which is an easy walk.

      Being on the outskirts of town we were close to the restaurants and attractions but skipped out on the noise.

      This place was great and the service staff was pleasant and helpful.

      A fantastic jacuzzi tub and outdoor pool.

      There were plenty of towels as extras were included in case you used the spa or pool.

      If I were to dig deep into my pockets for one, it would be the pool was a tad cool, the parking spaces are tight and the indoor pool has only a short area that is good for small children, then it goes deep fast.

      In the morning, we tried to use the wireless access I was told we would have and get connected to work emails.

      Come to find out, wireless access is $10/day.

      The room was large, pools were clean and nice.

      This place was great, staff was courteous and helpful, the 3 bedroom unit was extremely clean.

      Facilities are clean and so are the rooms.

      Rooms are big, clean, and very sound proof.

      The place was clean, the staff was nice and accomodating, the outdoor pool had a small hot tub as well.

        Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Gatlinburg Town Square, the hot tub was in terrible repair as was the outdoor pool area and our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Also the price was really a great deal for this condo, the staff was very friendly and 2 bath was really nice.

        The indoor pool has only a short area that is good for small children, the hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything and the staff is very helpful. The shower made such a loud squeeling sound we couldn't use.

        Has a pretty neat Pancake House almost across the street and wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and the room was pleasant and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was great and the facilities were very clean.
