The venue is fairly clean, with handy location near to Chadstone and a drive-through coffee place and restaurants and Melbourne. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Excellent service, the breakfast is delicious. Btw parking is possible on-site. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was savoury! Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.

Impressive and reasonably large room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice view and a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub in the bathroom. A particularly good location in front of bars and restaurants.

Everything was simply nice. We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with an UNBEATABLE and very amiable staff. Location: the property was near Chadstone and a drive-through coffee place as well as restaurant and great food. Had tea and goodies at Overflow Cafe Wine Bar, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

During my stay at Gateway On Monash, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail in keeping the room tidy was truly commendable.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Monash Medical Centre which is what we needed. It was also close to Mcity Shopping Centre and a busy shopping area in the evening. The room had a spa which was a nice touch and came with free movies. The heated room was a bonus, and the service was prompt.
There were some issues with the bed, which caused some discomfort resulting in a sore back in the morning.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location was just perfect for us, as it was right on a bus stop and close to Monash Medical centre, which is exactly what we needed. The fact that it was in a well-lit area made us feel safe and secure. The service was outstanding, with amazing room service and other amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV and sitting area were nice touches, and we loved being able to relax on the terrace or at the dining table. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
