I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The location was convenient as it was close to the lifts and an easy commute. The hotel facilities were great, especially the huge ski room with shoe dryer. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for my luggage. The best part was the warm and friendly staff who made me feel at home. They spoke perfect English and were always around to help with any queries I had. , the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start off my day.
The noise from the street which could get quite loud. However, this did not hinder my sleep as I was exhausted after a long day of exploring.

During my Christmas stay, the food was good and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location was also pretty good, right in the middle of town and close to all of the main attractions. The room was comfortable enough and the bed was nice and soft, which made for a good night's sleep.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, which made me feel unwelcome. The decorations were a bit tacky and outdated, and the heating didn't seem to work properly.

The hotel was easy to find with parking available right in front. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. The surroundings were lively with train tracks nearby, but the river and mountains could be seen from certain rooms.
The hotel was extremely noisy due to the nearby train and busy street.
