For our Christmas stay in Fukuoka, we had an overall good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby shopping and attractions. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

We did have some minor issues with the room layout - the double bed was a bit cramped against the wall, and there were no outlets near the bed for charging devices. while the hotel was in a good location, it was a bit farther from the subway station than we expected.

Additionally, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and more well-maintained. Despite this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street between two main streets and conveniently situated between two subway stops. It was a refreshing change to be away from the crowded areas of the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff like Matsuo san and Chen san. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro feel of the hotel, especially the old-style bar, which added a unique charm to the atmosphere. The rooms were beyond my expectations, exceptionally clean and appeared brand new.

I highly recommend this place to both family and friends.
