The location is perfect for visiting York. Staff extremely nice. Breakfast was varied and excellent.
Well, there were a few stairs, but nothing to be done about that.

Everyone working at this modern and quirky hotel was excellent. We had the small double room which was compact and budget in the top bedroom. We had a wonderful breakfast, loved the meal with good options.

Generally, greatly enjoyed this homely accommodation with superfriendly staff from checking in to checking out every staff member. The location of the hotel was very central, right by almost all major attractions and town centre. Besides, you could visit a natural science museum.

No reason to complain, I recommend it. The place is tidy, the room is romantic, the staff is delightfully helpful. The location is exceptionally nice as it's really close to the medieval old town, sightseeing and entertainment, and train station. Offers efficient service and amazing food.
