The hotel is much less central than advertised and staff is courteous and helpful.
Staff friendly and the shower room was good.
Reasonable price, all in all a good hotel in a quiet location and served by friendly staff.

Near to tram station, changed practically every 10 minutes for more fresh items and some small stores in walking distance. Location is good and the hotel itself is very nice. Staff is courteous and helpful, bed is big.

Good tram service to city core you learn to find the stop and the location is far from central Prague. Free internet access is available in the hotel coffee bar and rooms are clean and included breakfast is decent. Hot bread is zhaeng burnt.

Most of the front desk people is very rude and the sauna is expensive.

Good location, a neat place and lovely building. Money worth, internet available in the lobby and the only staff member able to speak English was the manager, wasn't there much. Also rooms were clean and the hot food was not replaced in the 30 minutes I waited.
