The location was perfect for walking to the major tourist attractions like the Uffizi, the hotel was a good value and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good things: very well located right in the centre of the city and hotel is in a great location.

This hotel was more pricey than others in its class in Rome or Venice, but was conveniently located within easy walk (with baggage) of the Santa Maria Novella station and all the central city attractions.

Although a five minute walking distance from nost sites its right beside the train station (don't worry no noise!

The staff was most helpful, the room was clean and the toilet was extremely spacious.

The hotel offers roomy accomodations--even for three per room and the view outside of the window was intoxicating!

The room was lovely, the morning breakfast was a nice way to start your day.

we stayed here for four nights and thought this hotel was the best of our holiday (although we stayed in a four star in Venice). The rooms have obviously recently been refurbished and are really big in comparison to most Italian hotel rooms. Its location is ideal. Although a five minute walking distance from nost sites its right beside the train station (don't worry no noise!) and easy to find. I definetly would reccomend this hotel to friends and would stay here again.

Near the train station, reasonable nearby and florence was a beautiful city. Hotel staffs were very helpful and the lady at reception was very accommodating. Bathroom was spacious and continental breakfast was always good.
