The hotel car service was very overpriced -- double the price of local taxi service.
The location is great and the rooms could be updated to be equivalent of a five star hotel.
Good location and the hotel had nice rooms.
The location was wonderful, the hotel was very quiet and all staff were very courteous and efficient.
Hotel taxi staff very good & safer to use than local taxis.
Stuff and the reception was not efficiant and we had a lot of difficulties to get a taxi to the airport.
The room and bathroom are cleanless and the furniture are very old.

The room was really clean and spacious, however the bathrooms required some renovation.
My room was shabby though a decent size, whilst the bathroom had a cracked basin plinth.
Only breakfast restaurant and lobby could be saved.
24 hour hot water and including an excellent Chinese restaurant too good food.
The breakfast selections at this hotel were the poorest out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka (Taj Airport, Amaya Lake, Mahawelli Reach, and the Galadari) --- not much was worth eating.
Coffee shop served south indian breakfast with other options as well.
Breakfast was a buffet that catered for all tastes, Sri Lankan & Western foods, Pancakes & Waffles cooked to order, amazing omelettes,fresh fruits & juices & so much more!
总体来说酒店的价格很适中，作为5星级的酒店，服务也相当不错，位置也不错，但就是在国会对面，治安非常严，基本上每隔50米就有警察查身份.
Room service was quick & staff very friendly.

It had non-air-conditioned gym, and an acceptable pool on a deck with a view of the ocean.
The lobby seemed ok but apart from that the hotel is in a poor state and is shabby.
The lobby is firmly stuck in the seventies and quite franklyy the hotel looks like it hasnt been touched for 30 years.
The rooms were spotless clean and almost same kind of food was offered the entire week.
Pool staff very nice helpful and clean and spacious rooms.
Otherwise a good hotel, the staff were unfailingly courteous and the rooms were very neat and clean.
The room was really clean and spacious, food in all cafes was the best.
