As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous and stylish hotel with amazing staff. The bar staff, including Dimitris, Anastasia, Elvis, and Ilias. The meal times offered a great variety of high-quality food. The pools were always clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The Greek night was a lot of fun. The location was not perfect, but the local buses were cheap and easy to use, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions like Kos Town and the 3 Island boat cruise. The hotel spa was a nice bonus, with friendly staff and a free massage of your choice. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

I felt welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

The room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet. We had to leave very early to catch a flight and the staff arranged an early breakfast for us before we left.

The hotel is located in an area with many other similar hotels but little else. The town is a taxi or bus ride away. It felt as though you would get very bored staying here more than one or two nights. The internet and the hot tub were both not working while we were there and the staff did nothing to address these complaints, perhaps because we were there during the slow season.

Honestly no complaints. 1 mile to Lido Waterpark. Location was within 10 min walking distance to tam tam beach. Perfect base for a vacation in Kos Island.

The room at Gaia was very modern and excellently cleaned. The database mentioned that the rooms were fine, and I completely agree. They were quite big with a king-size bed, TV, fridge, and either a patio or balcony. The best part was that they were cleaned daily, making it a pleasure to come back to a neat and tidy room. all the rooms had big balconies with chairs and a small table, providing a comfortable space to relax.

Although there were many positive aspects, there was one minor downside mentioned in the database that slightly affected our stay. Unfortunately, my niece had to sleep on a put-you-up bed as there were three of us, which seemed a bit unfair considering the price we paid.

Beautiful, spacious rooms and bathrooms in modern design with nice balconies, good beds, large TV etc. Quiet location close to the beach. Very nice, large swimming pool area. They have sports facilities and a play garden which is nice for the kids. Breakfast buffet was large and varied. Friendly staff and good service. Good value for money: we paid 60 euro for a double room with free baby bed for our 2 year old daughter, we booked half board but got upgraded to all-in for free.

The food at dinner looked good (large buffet selection) but tasted disappointing. It was like real Greek food with fake (cheap?) ingredients. Breakfast was fine though.

I didn't appreciate anything, from the structure, to the service, to the people, to the location. Bad bad choice, dirty, no 5 stars, no any service available, even transfer and I had to pay 50c to call a taxi...from a 5 stars hotel! Just trash

gaia palace was absolutely amazing! exceeded our expectations and made our stopover in marmari unforgettable. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, especially for my father's birthday. the restaurant team was out of this world, making us feel so welcome. the food was beautiful, and the omelettes cooked to order were a highlight.

mosquitos were a problem.

Nice pools. Ate only one dinner: bland. Very good value. Ridiculous system for gaining access to gym / fitness center. Well equipped gym.

Located just a short walk from a beach with a beach bar, this hotel is a great option for those who want a relaxing vacation. The hotel’s facilities include four pools and a mini zoo with different animals. Staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any request.

The hotel is quite secluded, so it takes some effort to explore the surroundings.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved exploring Kos Town and the Asklepieion Tour was a blast. The Ouzo Festival was a highlight and we danced until dawn. Kos Marina was incredible, perfect for sailing the Aegean. Can't wait to go back!

The only thing we would ask for is more nightlife options for young party-goers.

I recently stayed at Gaia in Kos for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the bar staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were top notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We especially appreciated their efforts in making a special meal for my father's birthday. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the location was great for those with a rental car. We loved the nearby restaurant called Tam Tam in the mountains, with its stunning views and delicious food.

Celebrated New Year’s Eve at a hotel with excellent facilities and service! Loved the well-kept pools and grounds. There was always space to relax and sunbeds were comfortable. Food selection was diverse and included a festive menu for the special night. , enjoyed the live music during the New Year's Eve celebrations. Key location facts are that the hotel is located near the beach and there are regular buses to nearby attractions.

The hotel lacked enough activities, especially in the evenings. The entertainment team was not engaging enough and there were no live shows or performances.

Spent Xmas here and had a memorable time! Loved the beautiful surroundings and super clean pools. The staff were very kind and helpful. Food was enjoyable, especially the fresh pancakes and omelettes made to order, and also loved the Christmas dinner. The highlight was the proximity to the beach and the local buses that come often, making it easy to explore the nearby town.

The room size - quite compact. , air conditioning was not effective on some days, so we got a bit uncomfortable.

Stunning setting, amazing facilities, friendly staff, delicious food, clean pools, great location for sightseeing.

Don't have any issues at all.
