The location was great, there was also excellent customer service provided by hotel staff wherever they were stationed and eva the reception lady was very courteous.
Excellent location and some more this hotel is located next to Gurney Plaza is very convenient for shopping.
Free towels, excellent breakfast and convenient and accessible to both local.

And the siting area are confortable and clean, also minibar stuff are complimentary ie soft drinks, the staff are just brilliant here. Room is comfy, great design n furniture and the pillow menu is very interesting and good as sometimes we have special preference of pillow.
