  Pool was way above expectations and the gym was the best of any hotel i have stayed at, the Bathroom was also huge, nice big shower.

  Overall thanks to friendly receptionist and housekeeping staff, big room. Great breakfast and good facilities.

  Very poor hotel and upper Penang road not more than 10 minutes in a car.

  Location is excellent n very comfortable indeed and G Hotel should allocate experienced personnel at the front desk to handle guests. The staff are great, all very professional, the room is nice and good.

  And the siting area are confortable and clean, also minibar stuff are complimentary ie soft drinks, the staff are just brilliant here. Room is comfy, great design n furniture and the pillow menu is very interesting and good as sometimes we have special preference of pillow.

  Staff are friendly and the location is perfect and made us feel very convenient, the hotel has a great pool area to relax. The overall service is good, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast has a good spread on local and western dishes.

  The breakfast has a good selection and the lounge has a wonderful view over the water, the hotel is very modern, clean and kind of minimalistic. The service upon registration was smoothly staff are friendly professional and std Room not available, got a free upgrade to 1 Bedroom Suite.
