The rooms were fairly quiet and bright with club lounge access. The location was great and lovely, next to Gurney plaza with easy access to a shopping area and a market.

We didn't like the bed, it was a bit small also the views were not very good.

Ended our New Year on a high note here. The room was peaceful and well-lit, complete with a mini bar. The breakfast spread covered a variety of international options. Check-in was fast, and they had parking available right on-site. Couldn't ask for more, everything was just perfect! 🌟

The location of the venue is strategic and the best, adjacent to malls, bars, restaurants as well as Gurney Plaza lots of shops and restaurants here. The buffet breakfast is generous, I appreciated it. It has very professional and well-trained employees in the lobby counter next to the receptionist.

Really enjoyed George Town, the hotel was modern and luxurious near the Mall. It was a favourable and ideal location right by the city centre for cafe hopping, the much newer and vast Gurney Paragon and great shopping centres next door. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Zuzudo Ramen Bar.

G Hotel Gurney offers a convenient location, with a link to Gurney Plaza and free WiFi. The lobby is beautiful and modern, creating a pleasant first impression. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even able to get an early check-in, which was wonderful. The complimentary ice cream served at the counter was a nice touch, and my son was thrilled. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The concierge was attentive and helpful, ensuring our luggage was taken care of upon arrival.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The pillow and bed were a bit too soft for my liking, resulting in a restless night's sleep and some neck pain.

A room was spacious and clean. A Gurney Plaza shopping mall is just beside the hotel.

Not an ideal location for vacation. An air con of the room didn't cool enough. The bed was too hard for my taste (or for my back). The payment was charged incorrectly from my card's debit account instead of credit account.

The breakfast offers a wide selection and the complimentary drinks in the executive lounge are a nice touch. a great hotel with excellent amenities.

The executive rooms lack newspaper delivery and a variety of TV channel options, which could be improved.

The hotel is really in good location for shopping n find best food around the hotel, amenities inside the room is good. But I hate the services from the front desk staff and the restaurant staffs, very bad and not so polite.
