This was a very good stay for our first visit. We had double room with bathroom, a place to hang coats, for instance. The staff was especially helpful and very amiable providing assistance.

Some people working there were not very nice.

The place was perfectly clean and top quality, it had service-minded staff especially the staff and manager. The location for Prague was best possible, right by Prague historic center, the pedestrian streets and the shopping street. I spent 3 nights here and liked that.

Romantic and brand-new units with 1 complementary large bottle of water. Excellent location in a very nice area near shopping street and other locations, a great Vietnamese restaurant, and shops, restaurants, bars and the metro. Again, walking distance to Wenceslas Square.

It was in the best possible location with Wenceslas Square nearby. I ate at a wonderful restaurant for dinner.

Loved the central location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from Old Town and all the attractions. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Despite some negative reviews, my room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for its location and value.
