Decent sized hotel with friendly staff. Short walk to the beach and near the main attractions. Room had a good view of the ocean and was comfortable enough. Buffet breakfast was extensive and tasty with many options.
The hotel was old and outdated, and in need of renovation. The shuttle service was not always reliable and didn't run frequently enough.

The hotel didn't give information in your room about possibilities in the surrounding and the availibility of bikes and shuttles. You had to ask for everything.

The balcony with a great view as well as the complimentary internet access were the best features at this hotel.
The location was not as good as expected on the basis of the hotel's website presentation. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and therefore the access to the beach is cumbersome. Moreover, the beach is less than spectacular and quite dirty, just like the adjacent "village".

We had a great time at this hotel. The view from our window was amazing, and we enjoyed having coffee on our small balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a good breakfast with plenty of options. The pool and water park were clean and not too crowded. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the main street, which was very convenient.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel that I stayed at during Christmas provided some good entertainment and had a few nice facilities. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. There were two swimming pools, which were clean, but not heated. The hotel is situated in a pleasant environment, surrounded by hills which add to the beautiful scenery. One thing I liked was the access to laundry facilities, which was very useful, especially during a longer stay. there was also a free shuttle that transported guests to nearby areas of interest.
My stay at the hotel was not without a few issues. Most of the facilities seem outdated, including the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kenting and was pleasantly surprised by its location away from the busy street market, while still being very close to the main street in Kenting. The opposite beach was stunning and perfect for swimming. The room was spacious, clean, and had a renovated bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of choices with a great view from the restaurant. I enjoyed using the two swimming pools and free internet during my stay.
I was disappointed to find that the hotel lacked sauna and steam bath facilities at the spa.
